Limited-Time Offer: Earn Up to 10,000 Bonus Points
Marriott Bonvoy members can currently earn 2,000 bonus points per night, up to 10,000 bonus points per qualifying stay with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Register and book between August 21 and October 1, 2026, for eligible stays completed between August 21 and December 31, 2026.
Qualifying stays require a minimum of two nights and at least $1,500 in qualifying spend.
Current Marriott Bonvoy program terms award members five base points per qualifying U.S. dollar, or the currency equivalent, on eligible Homes & Villas charges paid through the official platform. You can also earn applicable Elite bonus points based on your membership tier.
Not every part of the bill qualifies. Taxes, cleaning fees, resort fees, and certain add-on services are excluded from qualifying charges.
Members also earn one Elite Night Credit per qualifying night on completed eligible stays, including qualifying bookings paid with points. If you book several homes with overlapping dates, Elite Night Credit follows additional program restrictions and is not simply multiplied across every home.
Make sure the Marriott Bonvoy membership number, account email, and reservation name are correct during booking. Points normally post after the stay is complete when the account information is entered correctly.
Homes & Villas has limited participation in some traditional Elite benefits. Current terms provide specific Elite Welcome Gift points to qualifying Gold, Platinum, Titanium, and Ambassador members, while many familiar hotel Elite benefits do not apply.
